About POP!

POP! was created to give you the opportunity to come and have a chat with the team outside the daily slog of the working day. Stream are 'people' people and we love conversation! POP! gives us the opportunity to get to know you better outside of the working environment; find out about Lou’s latest Triathlon quest, Laura's challenge to cycle to Paris or chat to Melanie about her next marathon night walk - we're getting fit this year! Of course, as a team we are passionate about what we do, it’s hard to hold us back – we love talking about life at Stream and what our latest ideas and projects are.

POP! meets Adam & Ale

Septembers POP! saw us join forces with We Are Adam to host an evening of pizza and cocktails at the Light Lounge in London. The cocktails were definitely flowing with Leon ordering what seemed like a whole bar top of drinks. Thank you to everyone who came along and we hope your heads were ok the next day.

POP! travels out of London

July’s POP! was held at Streams offices in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside. Our lead developer Nick got hands on with the BBQ serving up some tasty treats and the drinks flowed. The rain managed to stay away and although it wasn't the weather we all hope for in July we had a lovely afternoon. Thank you to everyone who travelled out to see us. We are already working with some great new partners following the event.

POP! meets Frozen for a ice cold evening of fun!

May’s POP! saw an evening of cocktail drinking with the team wearing fur lined capes and drinking from frozen glasses. We only lasted about 30 minutes but we had a great time and the drinking continued downstairs with pizzas and snacks being served. This months POP! followed on from our VOX event where we discussed AI, Machine Learning and chatbots. We loved seeing old friends and meeting new and hoped that those who attended had as much fun as we did.

POP! meets Bavaria for a Stein-fuelled evening of fun!

March’s POP! saw an evening of Stein drinking, dancing to the deep brass sounds of the Oompah band and an array of tasty Bavarian treats. We loved seeing old friends and meeting new and hoped that those who attended had as much fun as we did. We’re looking forward to our next event in May…

November's POP! - Bouncing with excitement

Thank you to all that came along and joined in the Ping Pong fun at our first ever POP! event – bet you didn’t think you would be running around a table as Zoo animals!

Big congratulations to Vicki and Hamish for being our Ping Pong champs on the night, Helen and Alastair gave them a good run for their money that’s for sure but Vicki managed to retain her title.
