Incentivising Franchisees to Build a Better Business

Stream is delighted to be able to share news on a new client and an exciting new sales engagement and incentive project.

The client is a specialist in the field of fluid transfer solutions for industry and runs its business on a franchise model. The company wants to offer an incentive scheme to all franchisees to build better engagement and increase the use of branded products. Another objective is to encourage franchisees to work to company guidelines and share best practice, thus delivering a better service to clients and building brand loyalty and brand trust within the industry.

 

What benefits will the scheme transfer to members?

The incentive scheme is open to all franchise owners. Once signed up, each franchisee will have the opportunity to secure a place on the annual incentive travel event, a benefit which has never been offered before and, our research has shown, is proving very popular amongst the franchisees!

Additional benefits include access to a microsite with a franchisee 'access-only' login area providing incentive updates and company updates.

We've even incorporated a bit of gamification with sales leaderboards (in three languages) visible on the microsite so each franchisee can see where they rank against others with a view to keeping their eyes on the incentive travel prize!

Monthly e-newsletters also keep franchisees in touch and up to date with what's going on, news, product updates etc. enabling our client to keep communication channels open with regular informative updates.
